DefinitionNow it’s time for the next step. Which hardware and software is required? Who might be a suitable implementation partner? The scoping document will be worked out into a technical translation and technology questions will be answered. Detailed validation criteria are defined and communicated towards the implementation partner.

Project ManagementIn close cooperation with the implementation partner OmniCeptive can provide project management services to ensure a proper and timely delivery.

DeliveryThe PoC/Pilot will be showcased and checked with the validation criteria. In case of a Pilot it will be put into production for a validation period if it meets the required functionality.

ValidationNext we will make a management summary and discuss the validation criteria with your management. The document will give your organisation insight into whether the opted solution is a good fit or whether topics that have risen during the validation should be addressed further. In case of a Pilot we will also measure the user feedback and translate this into a satisfaction barometer. This will give your organisation insight into the adoption readiness of the proposed solution.
